Delete your Propertyness account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time.

In the app or on the website

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open the menu (your initials, top right) and choose Account.
  3. Choose Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

Can’t sign in?

Send a request and we’ll verify it’s you by email before deleting your account, within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your name, contact details, password, saved properties, access codes, contacts, payment methods, uploaded documents and photos are deleted or anonymised. Booking, payment and invoice records that UK accounting rules require are kept in anonymised form for up to 6 years. Shared household, business and agency accounts carry on for their other members.
